This year, PLIAN will once again be hosting several Youth Justice camps within the St. John’s area.
Our aim is to educate youth about the justice system in our province by way of interactive presentations, field trips and a mock trial that will combine all of their learning and test their skills. These camps are free to attend, thanks to the donations of our generous community sponsors.
The camp is curated to ages 11+ and will have all lunches and transportation provided. We are hoping to see presentations on crime scene science, the local police forces and lawyers practicing in the province. We will also be including field trips to the courthouse and police stations, as well as plenty of other exciting games and prizes – there’s something for everyone!
Registration will be open as of Monday, June 25th on a first come-first serve basis. If you have any further questions, contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
