Job Posting – Project Coordinator (Contractual Position)
The Public Legal Information Association (PLIAN) is hiring a Project Coordinator to continue a project aimed at educating newcomers to the province on legal rights, responsibilities, and processes.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing an ongoing initiative to develop and deliver plain language legal information and education materials for refugees, immigrants, and other newcomers throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.
This will include research, writing, and editing of plain language legal information materials and the development and delivery of legal presentations in various locations around the province. As a result, frequent travel throughout the province will be required in this position.

The contract term is to start as soon as possible and last until March 31, 2020. If funding allows, there is a potential for the contract to be extended.
